Discovery sprint
A focused conversation, then a written read-out. We look at what's actually going on, give you an honest assessment, and tell you whether the engagement makes sense. You decide what's worth doing next. No commitment to phase 2 until you say so.
Sprint planning
Each sprint has a written statement of work, a target hour budget, and a defined deliverable. You know what you're paying for and what you'll get.
Build and validate
We do the work, you review at sprint checkpoints, and we adjust as we go. No 12-week black box. No "almost done" surprises.
Stabilize and document
At the end of each sprint, we hand off documentation, train your team, and stabilize the work for 30 days. You're not stuck with us. You're equipped to run without us.
