Acumatica Integrations: SPS Commerce, Stampli, BlackLine, Ramp, Celigo and More

Integrations that work, including the day they fail

Acumatica connects to a lot. We have worked with most of it from the customer side. We build the integration, and then we test what happens when the file is late, empty or wrong.

The rule we start with

You cannot upgrade safely, or troubleshoot quickly, if you cannot list what is connected. On one engagement no such list existed. The integration inventory became the first deliverable.

EDI: SPS Commerce

Order, ship notice and invoice flows with retail trading partners. What goes wrong: item and unit cross-references that drift after a pack or size change, and staged documents that pile up during an outage. We trace failures to the exact row.

AP automation: Stampli, Traild, Concur, or Acumatica

Invoice capture, coding, approval and payment outside the ERP. What goes wrong: coding that vanishes after the PO match, duplicates that slip past because the vendor exists as several records, and receipts keyed from the invoice. We fix the vendor master and the handoff, not just the symptom.

Close management: BlackLine, Floqast, & more

A daily GL balance file built as a tab-delimited export over SFTP. What we check: sign convention, subaccount formatting, and the silent failure where a stale file arrives with a fresh timestamp.

Spend management: Ramp, Bill, & more

Cards and spend synced to Acumatica, live in production with SSO.

Banking: J.P. Morgan and other host-to-host banks

BAI2 statement feeds. One ISO 20022 pain.001 file for ACH and wires. SFTP with PGP. Test files validated with control sums tying before anything goes live.

iPaaS and middleware: Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft

What goes wrong: nobody monitors the flows, errors queue silently, and what was sent is never reconciled against what landed. We add the monitoring and the reconciliation, and we document every flow so it survives an upgrade.

Reporting: Velixo, OData to Excel, Power BI

Right tool, not favorite tool. Transaction detail stays in generic inquiries. Finance matrices go to Velixo or the Excel add-in. Print fidelity goes to Report Designer. Operational dashboards go to Power BI. We have told clients the tool they asked about would not fix their problem, and which one would.

Ecommerce and CRM: Shopify, Amazon, Salesforce

Orders, fees, payouts and customers reconciled to Acumatica.

3PL, WMS and HRIS

Covered on the Distribution and EDI hub. HRIS stays a single line until there is a story to tell.

Twenty minutes. No deck. No pitch.
